The process of negotiation is. the property will be advertised for six weeks. Step one is to register your interest ASAP if you are interested in possibly submitting an offer. Buyers can submit offers at any point in this campaign, which the vendor can choose to accept. If the vendor receives an acceptable offer, all registered buyers at that time are contacted and have to the close of business the following day (except Sundays) to submit their best final offer, which won’t be disclosed to any other buyers. All offers must be received by 4pm 1st November 2022. Negotiations will finalise at 5pm, 2nd November 2022.
